House rules
- No parties or events. Only your registered guests, please.
- Quiet hours 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. every night, indoors and outdoors. We have great neighbors.
- Registered guests only. Let us know before anyone else stays over.
- Pets are welcome with the $75 pet fee on your booking. Please pick up after them in the yard and on walks.
- Please treat the home like your own, and tell us right away if anything breaks or doesn't work, so we can fix it for you.
Parking and finding your door
- The Martinique House: free parking on site.
- Unit 1, The Front Cottage: driveway parking, shared with Unit 3.
- Unit 2, The Cozy Bungalow: free street parking. Your door is on the little deck, not the shed.
